Data and confidentiality principles

Initial scoping uses non-confidential information only. Sensitive information begins after the parties agree appropriate written confidentiality and data-use terms.

01

Before an engagement

  • Share only the company, general geography, exploration stage, and decision to be made.
  • Share coordinates, targets, assays, technical datasets, and confidential opportunity details through the agreed secure process after written terms are in place.
  • File transfer and NDA execution take place outside this website.
02

Before sensitive transfer

MAINERAL and the client put appropriate confidentiality and permitted-use terms in place. The executed agreement defines ownership, access, approved sources, output rights, retention, deletion, and any project-specific security requirements.

03

Reuse and learning

Client-supplied data and confidential project results remain within their engagement by default. Any additional use requires a separate, express contractual opt-in.

MAINERAL may continue improving its methods using public information, its pre-existing know-how, and other sources it has an independent right to use. Client ownership and MAINERAL’s pre-existing methodology remain distinct.

04

Contractual control

The executed agreement governs each engagement. Security claims are limited to controls that have been formally implemented and verified.
